In Season is May 20, 2016 through October 16, 2016 and December 16, 2016 through March 31, 2017.

Holidays are the weeks of Christmas and New Year's, MLK's Birthday, and President's Week.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available after 4pm the day of arrival.  Check-out should be completed by 10am.  Please contact us if you need flexibility.  If we can, we'll happily accommodate special requests.

OTHER DETAILS

We're sorry, but there is absolutely no smoking in the house.  And as much as we love your furry family members, insurance concerns force us to request you to leave them at home.  

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 21 days in advance.  If you can't, we hope you understand that we may need to keep some of the payment to make up for the lost opportunity.

Our home can happily hold 12 people without stressing our heating and water resources.  If you feel the need to sneak in more than 12 people, we hope you won't mind when we charge a discretionary fee for the additional folks.
